锌浸出渣银、锌、铁高效回收源头减量关键技术研究数据集主要针对锌浸出渣中有价组分含量高、物相种类多、嵌布关系复杂等难题,采用磁选-浮选联合工艺,应用选择性粉磨和絮凝浮选技术,着重回收锌浸出渣的银、锌、铁组分,兼顾碳、铜、金的回收。主要记录了试验过程中的样品检测等数据分析。
Dataset for Key Technologies Research on Efficient Recovery and Source Reduction of Silver, Zinc and Iron from Zinc Leaching Residue. This dataset mainly targets the challenges including high content of valuable components, diverse mineral phases and complex embedded relationships in zinc leaching residue. It adopts a combined magnetic separation-flotation process, applies selective grinding and flocculation flotation technologies, focuses on recovering silver, zinc and iron components from zinc leaching residue, while also taking the recovery of carbon, copper and gold into consideration. It mainly records data analysis such as sample testing during the experimental process.
