Match technical experts for enterprises: Address the matching issue between leading chain enterprises and university talents, helping enterprises find suitable technical experts. 3. Determine technical directions: Cooperate with matched university experts to conduct in-depth on-site investigations at enterprises and assist them in confirming their technical directions. 4. Facilitate industry-university-research cooperation: Provide channels for enterprises in need of external R&D support to promote industry-university-research cooperation among leading chain enterprises. 5. Promote the transformation of university scientific and technological achievements: Connect university faculty with enterprises in demand, so as to facilitate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. 1. Collect enterprise patent data (including invention patents, granted invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents) 2. Clean the collected patent data, add tags to patents based on the technical classification system of the internal platform, match the patent descriptions with technical classification keywords, and automatically add each matched keyword as an enterprise technical tag 3. Calculate the concentration of patent tags: increment the hit count i by 1 each time a keyword is matched, and select the top 5 tags with the highest total hit counts (maxΣi) as the official tags for the enterprise 4. Collect information of university experts and their corresponding patent data, analyze the patent data to add tags to the experts (including keyword hit counts) 5. Tag matching: Match university talents with enterprise tags, and recommend the top 10 university experts with the highest keyword hit counts to the enterprises.
