1. Sample Source: All mooncakes sampled in this project are from the products manufactured and sold by our company.
2. Data Detection: Relevant test data was obtained by detecting mooncakes in accordance with the second method specified in GB 5009.182-2017.
3. Data Judgment: The calculation formula for aluminum content is: X = (C - C₀) × V / (m × 1000). Here, X represents the aluminum content in the sample, with the unit of mg/kg; C is the mass concentration of aluminum in the sample solution, in μg/L; C₀ is the mass concentration of aluminum in the blank solution, in μg/L; V is the constant volume of the sample digestive solution, in mL; m is the sample weighing amount, in g. The standard requirement for aluminum in mooncakes is ≤100 mg/kg, and any batch exceeding this limit will be judged as unqualified.
4. Data Application: Through analysis and assessment of the sampling inspection data, we can determine whether the aluminum content in mooncakes meets the safety standards, so as to avoid food safety problems caused by excessive aluminum content in the products.
