Real-time data statistics are conducted on staff, recording their work performance, attendance and working status, including work plan completion status, professional training status and so on. Meanwhile, multiple position verification methods such as GPS, Bluetooth and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) are adopted to ensure that patrol personnel actually arrive at their posts. The platform supports the storage and backup of original data, provides functions such as historical trajectory playback, work situation reproduction and traceability, allows access to historical work materials at any time, restores the entire process of each work team, and realizes intelligent statistical analysis of data. Chemical Equipment Supervision: According to the actual production situation of enterprises on the industrial park intelligent platform and the types and quantities of key equipment, an online condition monitoring system is adopted for such key equipment. It connects on-site devices including PLC, frequency converters, touch screens and sensors via the network, reads the working status, operating parameters of on-site equipment and environmental data in the on-site workshop, etc. Based on relevant parameters and precise fault patterns, it can predict potential faults. Deployed in a wireless manner, it reduces the difficulty, construction cycle and cost of deployment, improves the factory's preventive maintenance level for key equipment, and provides a strong guarantee for the safe, long-cycle and efficient operation of production.
