Contracts registered in the Madrid City Council’s Register of Contracts. The applicable legislation on public procurement regulates the creation and operation of the Public Sector Contracts Register, in which the basic data of the contracts awarded by the different Public Administrations and other public sector entities subject to the aforementioned regulations will be recorded. The Madrid City Council has its own Registry of Contracts, through which information is centralised on contracts subject to the Law on Public Sector Contracts, awarded by the City of Madrid and its public bodies, as well as by the different entities, bodies and entities that make up the municipal public sector. The statutory deadline for contracting authorities to submit to the Contracts Register the corresponding documents for the registration of each contract is two months from the date of the conclusion of the contract. In this set of data, files of formalised contracts, those based on framework agreement, amendments to contracts, extensions, penalties and minor contracts can be downloaded for reuse. The information in each catergory is updated monthly with the contracts registered in the Register of Contracts of the City of Madrid. As of March 2021 there is a change in the structure of the contract file that adds new fields, the contracts that remained to be registered from 2020 maintain the previous structure and those formalised and registered in 2021 are adapted to the new structure. Note: As of March 2023, the list for contracts based on a Framework Agreement also includes specific contracts derived from Dynamic Procurement Systems.
