Twelve green tea (six Maofeng teas and six Maojian teas) from different geographical origins are used in our study, including Huangshan Maofeng (HSMF), Yandang Maofeng (YDMF), Lanxi Maofeng (LXMF), Qishan Maofeng (QSMF), Meitan Maofeng (MTMF), Xinyang Maojian (XYMJ), Guilin Maojian (GLMJ), Duyun Maojian (DYMJ), Guzhang Maojian (GZMJ), and Ziyang Maojian (ZYMJ). The data is acquired by a commercial E-nose (PEN3, Airsense Analytics GmbH, Germany), with 10 MOS sensors in our laboratory.
本研究选用12款不同地理产区的绿茶,其中包含6款毛峰茶与6款毛尖茶,具体涵盖黄山毛峰(Huangshan Maofeng,HSMF)、雁荡毛峰(Yandang Maofeng,YDMF)、兰溪毛峰(Lanxi Maofeng,LXMF)、旗山毛峰(Qishan Maofeng,QSMF)、湄潭毛峰(Meitan Maofeng,MTMF)、信阳毛尖(Xinyang Maojian,XYMJ)、桂林毛尖(Guilin Maojian,GLMJ)、都匀毛尖(Duyun Maojian,DYMJ)、古丈毛尖(Guzhang Maojian,GZMJ)以及紫阳毛尖(Ziyang Maojian,ZYMJ)。本研究通过德国Airsense Analytics GmbH公司出品的商用电子鼻(Electronic Nose,E-nose)PEN3采集实验数据,实验室内配备10个金属氧化物半导体(Metal Oxide Semiconductor,MOS)传感器。
