克尔孤子双微梳的相位噪声压缩研究主要面向高速相干光通信、全光信号处理等研究。基于相位噪声分析仪、光谱仪、频谱分析仪进行芯片测试。主要记录了光谱,相位噪声曲线、拍频信号频谱图等观测值。实现了1Hz偏移时低至-50dBc/Hz,在1KHz偏移时-90dBc/Hz,在1MHz偏移时为-120dBc/Hz的最佳相位噪声,为具有高相互相干性的克尔孤子双微梳的基础研究和实际应用提供了基础参考。数据量4.17Mb。
This study on phase noise compression of Kerr soliton dual microcombs is mainly oriented to research fields such as high-speed coherent optical communication and all-optical signal processing. Chip testing was conducted using phase noise analyzers, spectrometers and spectrum analyzers. Key measured observations include optical spectra, phase noise curves, beat frequency signal spectrograms and other relevant data. The optimal phase noise performance was achieved as low as -50 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz offset, -90 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset, and -120 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset. This work provides fundamental references for the fundamental research and practical applications of Kerr soliton dual microcombs with high mutual coherence. The dataset size is 4.17 Mb.
