帕金森病脑深部电刺激疗法术后程控中国专家共识

术后程控是PD患者DBS疗法的重要环节，规范化的术后程控可以明确最佳刺激参数，基于对PD患者DBS术后管理和程控重要性的认识，为提高DBS疗法术后管理和程控水平，中华医学会神经外科学分会功能神经外科学组、中华医学会神经病学分会帕金森病与运动障碍学组、中国医师协会神经外科医师分会功能神经外科专家委员会以及中国医师协会神经内科医师分会帕金森病与运动障碍专业委员会组织全国专家，讨论并制定了《帕金森病脑深部电刺激疗法术后程控中国专家共识》。Postoperative programming constitutes a critical component of deep brain stimulation (DBS) therapy for patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Standardized postoperative programming can identify the optimal stimulation parameters. Recognizing the significance of postoperative management and programming for PD patients receiving DBS therapy, and with the goal of improving the level of postoperative management and programming for DBS therapy, the Functional Neurosurgery Group of the Neurosurgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (CMA), the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Group of the Neurology Branch of the CMA, the Expert Committee on Functional Neurosurgery of the Neurosurgeons Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA), and the Professional Committee on Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders of the Neurologists Branch of the CMDA organized national experts to deliberate and formulate the *Chinese Expert Consensus on Postoperative Programming for Deep Brain Stimulation Therapy for Parkinson's Disease*.
