对呼吸系统感染临床样本的测序数据进行分析计算,精准分析出样本中已知的呼吸系统感染病原微生物物种,获得与之对应的参考序列比对结果,从而鉴定样本中存在的呼吸系统感染病原微生物物种,用于临床辅助诊断,显著提高医生的工作效率。对呼吸临床样本(比如痰液、肺泡灌洗液等)中的获得的测序原始数据进行接头、低质量序列、短读长序列、N碱基含量过高等的序列过滤,获得数据进一步以人源基因库为参考基因组过滤掉人源基因及重复序列,通过程序软件建立高质量呼吸系统感染病原微生物基因组数据库,将序列与数据库进行比对,获得序列最接近匹配的物种信息以及序列在该物种基因组上的覆盖度等信息,从而实现对样本中的物种序列物种鉴定及统计。

Conduct analysis and computational processing on sequencing data derived from clinical respiratory infection samples to accurately identify known pathogenic microbial species associated with respiratory infections in the samples. Obtain corresponding reference sequence alignment results, thereby determining the presence of pathogenic microbial species in the samples for clinical auxiliary diagnosis, which significantly improves the work efficiency of clinicians. Raw sequencing data collected from respiratory clinical samples (e.g., sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, etc.) undergoes sequence filtering to remove sequencing adapters, low-quality reads, short-read sequences, and sequences with excessive N base content. The filtered data is further processed to eliminate human-derived genes and repetitive sequences by aligning against the human reference genome database. A high-quality genomic database of pathogenic microorganisms causing respiratory infections is established using specialized software. Subsequently, the processed sequences are aligned against this database to retrieve information including the closest matching species and the genome coverage of the aligned sequences on the matched species’ genome, thus enabling species identification and quantification of microbial sequences in the clinical samples.
