This dataset centers on the research of fusion characterization of geometric, process and monitoring information in intelligent production lines. It was constructed based on the titanium alloy cutting tests conducted at the DMG 80P CNC machining center in the CNC Machining Laboratory of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics from April to May 2022. The dataset comprises: 1) LabVIEW model files (.vi), which enable the fusion association and characterization of dynamic data including machine tool spindle current, power, feed rate, as well as static information such as tool dimensions; 2) Test dataset, which covers tool tip point coordinates, spindle parameters (stored in OPC_W1 file), workpiece vibration signals (stored in Vib_W1 file) and cutting force signals (stored in W1_1.txt file containing multi-dimensional data such as tensile force, bending moment and temperature. The data is stored in Excel-readable format, and detailed meanings of each field are provided in the accompanying documentation. The total size of the dataset is 489 MB. The dataset is fully shared. The model must be run via LabVIEW under the Windows 10 Professional environment, and the data can be viewed with Excel. It is applicable to scenarios including multi-source information fusion analysis in machining processes, process optimization and tool condition monitoring. Users must comply with relevant intellectual property regulations when using this dataset.
