法士特智能制造工步工序与工艺规划数据

本数据集以智能制造背景下的法士特工厂为应用场景，围绕工步、工序及工艺规划等关键环节构建，系统采集并整理了从2024年6月至2024年12月期间的设备控制、工艺执行、工步逻辑、知识图谱等多维度数据。时间精度达到秒级，空间精度精确至毫米级，全面覆盖车间制造单元的实际运行情况。数据来源包括现场调研设备采集信息、工艺卡片内容提取、PLC控制程序、XML控制逻辑生成及工艺知识图谱构建等多个层面。数据通过IPAS系统与TIA博图平台联动，涵盖结构化SQL数据库、XML控制文件及三元组格式文本数据，并结合规则验证机制对工艺知识图谱进行高质量控制，确保数据的规范性与可用性。本数据集采用统一目录结构与标准化命名方式，便于管理与调用，适用于智能制造、工艺优化、数字孪生及工业软件开发等研究与应用场景，具有重要的工程价值和研究意义。目前数据集已实现完全共享，可支持相关领域的进一步深入研究与工业落地应用。Built around core links including working steps, process procedures and process planning, this dataset takes the Fast Factory in the context of intelligent manufacturing as its application scenario. It systematically collected and organized multi-dimensional data covering equipment control, process execution, working step logic, knowledge graphs and other aspects from June 2024 to December 2024. With temporal accuracy up to the second level and spatial accuracy down to the millimeter level, the dataset comprehensively covers the actual operational status of workshop manufacturing units. The data sources include on-site survey equipment collection, process card content extraction, PLC control programs, XML control logic generation, process knowledge graph construction and other dimensions. The dataset is interconnected via the IPAS system and TIA Portal platform, encompassing structured SQL databases, XML control files and triple-format text data. It also implements high-quality governance of the process knowledge graph through a rule verification mechanism to ensure the standardization and availability of the data. Adopting a unified directory structure and standardized naming convention, this dataset facilitates management and invocation, and is applicable to research and application scenarios such as intelligent manufacturing, process optimization, digital twin and industrial software development, holding significant engineering value and research significance. Currently, the dataset has been fully shared, supporting further in-depth research and industrial deployment applications in relevant fields.
