由南京医科大学在2016年-2020年采集,利用CRISPR-Cas9技术建立LHX6敲除iPS细胞系,使用AAV病毒建立过表达LHX6的iPS细胞系,利用生化和组织学等检测方法证明LHX6在GABA能中间神经元从MGE迁移至皮层的过程中发挥的重要作用。
This dataset was collected by Nanjing Medical University between 2016 and 2020. The research team established LHX6 knockout induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell lines using CRISPR-Cas9 technology, and constructed LHX6-overexpressing iPS cell lines via adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors. Through biochemical and histological detection assays, it was verified that LHX6 plays a critical role in the migration of GABAergic interneurons from the medial ganglionic eminence (MGE) to the cerebral cortex.
