Histidine_Profiling_MS dataset

we report a singlet oxygen and chemical probe relay labeling method that achieves exquisite selectivity towards histidine. A small molecular photosensitizers library is screened together with a chemical probe library to optimize the histidine labeling, enabling histidine profiling in live cells with over 7500 sites.本研究报道了一种单线态氧与化学探针接力标记方法，该方法对组氨酸(Histidine)具有优异的选择性。研究通过联合筛选小分子光敏剂文库与化学探针文库优化组氨酸标记反应，从而实现活细胞内的组氨酸位点谱分析，可鉴定超过7500个标记位点。
