NGS spatial trial

The sequence file contains HiSeq 16S sequences from different compartments of the apple tree root systems. Four trees were sampled and each tree divided into four quadrants around the stem. The entire root system was further divided into four root size sections. Bulk soil samples were taken from each quadrant of each tree.
