中药食用菇的培育技术、安全性评价和化学成分分析数据集

利用党参、黄芪、金银花等废弃茎叶，按一定比例添加至食用菌栽培基质中，栽培平菇、金针菇等常见食用菇，所得食用菇产品，经过专业机构检测，在安全性、营养成分、化学成分等多方面得到结果。结果说明，中药材农业废弃物用于食用菌的生产，其产品安全可靠，并具有一定的活性成分。This dataset is established based on experiments where waste stems and leaves of traditional Chinese medicinal materials including Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali and Flos Lonicerae are added to edible fungi cultivation substrates at a certain ratio to cultivate common edible mushrooms such as oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) and enoki mushroom (Flammulina filiformis). The obtained edible mushroom products were tested by professional institutions, and their performance was evaluated in multiple aspects including safety, nutritional components and chemical components. The results show that using agricultural wastes of traditional Chinese medicinal materials for edible fungi production yields safe and reliable products with certain active ingredients.
