2016-2021年北医三院单卵双胎胎盘图谱

本数据来源于2016年-2021年在北京大学第三医院产检并分娩的单卵双胎妊娠孕妇，在产后或流产后收集胎盘，进行染料灌注，研究胎盘的形态、交通血管吻合的分布情况、胎盘分占比例、脐带附着位置的不同，以进行复杂性双胎发病机制的研究。This dataset is derived from monozygotic twin pregnant women who received prenatal care and gave birth at Peking University Third Hospital between 2016 and 2021. Placental specimens were collected postpartum or after miscarriage, followed by dye perfusion. The study aimed to investigate the placental morphology, distribution of communicating vascular anastomoses, placental sharing ratio, and variations in umbilical cord attachment sites, so as to explore the pathogenesis of complicated twin pregnancies.
