GBM MRI features - contralateral AOI.zip

The data is about MRI features extracted from multiparametric MRI for samples located inside the pre-segmented contralateral AOI for each patient. Each file includes 280 features from five MRI contrast images (T1+C, T2, MD, FA, rCBV), which included statistical features and texture features using GLCM and Gabor Filters.本数据集的磁共振成像（Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI）特征提取自每位患者预先分割的对侧感兴趣区（Area of Interest, AOI）内样本的多参数磁共振成像（multiparametric MRI）。每个文件包含来自五种磁共振对比成像序列（T1+C、T2、MD、FA、rCBV）的280项特征，这些特征涵盖了利用灰度共生矩阵（Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix, GLCM）与Gabor滤波器（Gabor Filters）提取的统计特征与纹理特征。
