harm_aware_sentencing_synthetic_dataset

This file contains a fully synthetic dataset designed to support experiments on a harm-aware, multi-outcome AI sentencing framework. All records are simulated and do NOT represent any real individuals or real jurisdictions. The data structure mimics realistic relationships between judicial decisions, socio-economic factors, health indicators, and post-sentencing outcomes, including a composite Social Harm Index (SHI).
