The material number serves as the unique identifier, and the system automatically populates fields including material name, category (e.g., raw material/manufactured part), specification, and source ("Purchased" or "In-house"). All fields must comply with master data standards, and the category and source fields shall be validated against preset enumerated values, with free-form input prohibited. Change records are logged and synchronized to the data middle platform to ensure version consistency and traceability.
