These are the flow cytometry files used to make figures from "An agricultural triazole induces genomic instability and haploid cell formation in the human fungal pathogen Candida tropicalis". This project was performed to investigate ploidy variation induced by a triazole. These flow experiments show genomic instability were associated with the cross-resistance to azoles.
