本数据集整合“理气发汗香苏散”中6味药材（香附、紫苏叶、陈皮、甘草、生姜、葱白）的活性成分、分子靶标、ADME/T参数及功效关联，构建多组分-多靶标-多维属性矩阵，服务于辛温解表类理气复方物质基础与作用机制研究，为经典方现代阐释与快速筛选提供标准化数据平台。This dataset integrates active ingredients, molecular targets, ADME/T parameters, and efficacy correlations of six medicinal materials (Cyperi Rhizoma, Perillae Folium, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) from Xiangsu San, a classic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula that regulates qi and induces diaphoresis to relieve exterior syndrome. It constructs a multi-component, multi-target, and multi-dimensional attribute matrix to support research on the material basis and action mechanism of pungent-warm exterior-releasing qi-regulating TCM compound prescriptions, and provides a standardized data platform for the modern interpretation and rapid screening of classic TCM prescriptions.
