The static strength evaluation dataset for carbon steel seat backs spans the entire product lifecycle, providing quantitative decision-making support for every stage. In the upstream stage, the dataset offers traceable evidence for material and supplier selection, supports the formulation and refinement of enterprise and industry test specifications, and provides real working condition calibration references for finite element simulation models. In the midstream stage, the dataset facilitates design scheme comparison and lightweight optimization iteration: it can rapidly evaluate the feasibility of schemes using stress ratio and ultimate stress ratio, identify overly conservative design cases to unlock weight reduction potential; meanwhile, it accumulates standardized templates for working conditions and boundary conditions, parameterizes key indicators such as safety margin and delivers them to the manufacturing stage to guide process planning and enable automated quality determination. In the downstream stage, the dataset is solidified into bidding and procurement technical clauses, serving as the quantitative judgment basis for incoming and outgoing factory inspections and in-service random inspections.
