Genetic diversity and structure of a diverse population of Picea sitchensis using genotyping-by-sequencing. In this study we used genotyping-by-sequencing on trees originating from 80 of the 81 IUFRO provenances which occupy 19 geographic regions of the Pacific North West.基于测序分型技术（genotyping-by-sequencing）解析西加云杉（Picea sitchensis）多样种群的遗传多样性与群体结构。本研究针对覆盖太平洋西北沿岸19个地理区域的81个国际林业研究组织联盟（International Union of Forest Research Organizations, IUFRO）种源中的80个开展了测序分型分析。
