Determine the differential miRNA levels in plasma exosomes of methamphetamine addicts [miRNA-seq]

To determine the differential miRNA levels in methamphetamine addicts, we comparatively profiled plasma exosome miRNA expression of methamphetamine abusers and healthy controls using miRNA sequencing Plasma exosome miRNA expression of 5 methamphetamine abusers and 5 healthy controls为明确甲基苯丙胺成瘾者的差异microRNA（miRNA）表达水平，本研究采用microRNA测序（miRNA sequencing）技术，对甲基苯丙胺滥用者与健康对照者的血浆外泌体microRNA表达谱开展了比较分析。本研究纳入5名甲基苯丙胺滥用者及5名健康对照者的血浆外泌体microRNA表达数据。
