在灯具出厂前,采集用于四川省广南高速公路的隧道灯的性能参数,分析该类型灯具的能效指数EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,以适用于该特定场景下的照明需求,指导灯具优化设计方案,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于四川省广南高速公路的隧道灯的成品,采集该路灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理 (1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=P*PF/Pref=IV*PF/Pref; 其中P是灯具的额定功率,PF是功率修正因子;Pref是灯的参考功率,Φuse为灯的有效光通量。 当Φuse<1300lm时:Pref =0.88√Φuse +0.049 Φuse 当Φuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Φuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级;0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级;0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。 3.数据应用: 能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配四川省广南高速公路的隧道灯应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。
Before factory shipment of luminaires, performance parameters of tunnel lights designated for the Guangnan Expressway in Sichuan Province were collected, and the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) of this type of luminaire was analyzed to determine its energy efficiency rating, so as to meet the lighting requirements of this specific scenario, guide the optimized design of luminaires, and enhance their energy-saving performance and service life. 1. Data Source: Finished tunnel lights for the Guangnan Expressway in Sichuan Province were randomly sampled prior to factory shipment, and parameters including input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor were collected for the sampled luminaires. 2. Data Processing (1) EEI-based energy efficiency rating analysis: The EEI is calculated as: EEI = P×PF/Pref = IV×PF/Pref Where P is the rated power of the luminaire, PF is the power factor, Pref is the reference power of the luminaire, and Φ_use is the effective luminous flux of the luminaire. The calculation formula for Pref varies based on the value of Φ_use: When Φ_use < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88√Φ_use + 0.049Φ_use When Φ_use ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341Φ_use (2) Energy efficiency rating criteria: - Level A++: EEI ≤ 0.11 - Level A+: 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17 - Level A: 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24 - Level B: 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6 - Level C: 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8 - Level D: 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95 - Level E: EEI > 0.95 3. Additionally, this dataset can provide data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, thereby improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires.
