Comparative transcriptome analysis of engineered Komagataella phaffii

The biofilm-based immobilized fermentation of engineered Komagataella phaffii for xylanase production was constructed by using cotton fiber material as the carrier. Comparative transcriptome analysis was used to gain insights into the molecular basis of biofilms mediated fermentation processes in K. phaffii.以棉纤维材料为载体，构建了用于木聚糖酶生产的工程化巴斯德毕赤酵母（Komagataella phaffii）生物膜固定化发酵体系；通过比较转录组分析，解析了该酵母生物膜介导的发酵过程的分子基础。
