The Harvard implementation (SHRINE east) is non-disease specific network used by faculty and fellows. Some studies have been completed and published. The National disease registry is the largest disease registry in the US of its kind. The National Demonstration network is being used to analyzing co-morbidities of autism spectrum disorders and diabetes in geographically disperse US states. Lastly, HMO SHRINE was a HMORN pilot project with 12 M+ patients.
