The Characterization and Screening Dataset of Nanofluorescent Probes covers data related to the design, synthesis and systematic screening of nano probes. From 2020 to 2024, a series of high-performance reactive oxygen species (ROS) nano probes were successfully prepared via advanced synthesis techniques including organic synthesis and hydrothermal methods. At the Central Laboratory and Large-scale Instrument Platform of Nankai University, the physicochemical properties of these probes were thoroughly analyzed using a series of sophisticated characterization technologies, including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, mass spectrometry (MS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), elemental analysis and nanoparticle size analyzer. These technologies provide comprehensive data regarding the structure, morphology, size distribution and chemical composition of the nano fluorescent probes. In solution systems, the ROS detection performance of these nano probes was systematically evaluated and screened to optimize the probe structure and preparation methods. In addition, the sensitivity and precision of the nano probes were meticulously optimized to ensure their efficiency and reliability in practical applications. Quantitative data on the ROS detection performance of the nano probes were obtained through ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The total size of this dataset is approximately 3.72 GB. All data in this dataset have undergone strict quality control and standardization processing to guarantee data reliability and reproducibility. By providing complete experimental design, data collection procedures and analytical methods, this dataset lays a solid foundation for future academic research.
