扭矩扳子广泛用于对拧紧工艺有严格要求的装配线,使产品各个紧固件扭矩值一致,生产出来的产品质量有保障。检定分析得出的结果来判断扭矩扳子示值误差准确度等级,有助于判断市场上扭矩扳子的的整体质量,为政府监管、相关单位购买提供参考和技术支撑。1数据采集:名称、型号、送检单位、编号、检定点、按照扭矩扳子检定规程要求测得的3个检定点顺时针方向实测值等;2数据处理:(1)平均值=(顺时针方向实测值1+顺时针方向实测值2+顺时针方向实测值3)/3;(2)示值相对误差=(检定点-平均值)/平均值*100;(3)示值相对误差准确度等级,规程规定示值相对误差为±1%的为1级、示值相对误差为±2%的为2级、示值相对误差为±3%的为3级、示值相对误差为±4%的为4级、示值相对误差为±5%的为5级、示值相对误差为±6%的为6级、示值相对误差为±10%的为10级,三个示值相对误差需同时满足某一等级且以等级高的为最终等级,例如本条示值相对误差1为2.4、示值相对误差2为1.7、示值相对误差3为1.6,就是符合3-10级的取最高等级3级。

The accuracy grade of the indication error of torque wrenches determined based on the results of calibration analysis helps evaluate the overall quality of torque wrenches on the market, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and procurement by relevant institutions. 1. Data Collection: Name, model, calibration applicant, serial number, check points, three clockwise measured values at each check point obtained in accordance with the torque wrench calibration specification, and other relevant information; 2. Data Processing: (1) Average value = (Clockwise measured value 1 + Clockwise measured value 2 + Clockwise measured value 3) / 3; (2) Relative indication error = (Nominal value of check point - Average value) / Average value × 100; (3) Accuracy grade of relative indication error: The calibration specification stipulates that products with relative indication error within ±1% are Grade 1, ±2% Grade 2, ±3% Grade 3, ±4% Grade 4, ±5% Grade 5, ±6% Grade 6, and ±10% Grade 10. All three relative indication errors must simultaneously meet the requirements of a certain grade, and the highest applicable grade shall be taken as the final grade. For example, if relative indication error 1 is 2.4, relative indication error 2 is 1.7, and relative indication error 3 is 1.6, the values meet the criteria of Grades 3 to 10, so the highest grade Grade 3 shall be adopted as the final grade.
