Plate-based single-cell RNA-sequencing methods provide high transcriptome coverage and full-length mRNA information but have limited throughput. FLASH-seq (FS) is a full-length scRNA-seq method with increased sensitivity and reduced hands-on time compared to Smart-Seq3 (Hagemann-Jensen et al, 2020). The entire FS protocol can be performed in ~4.5 hours, is simple to automate and can be easily miniaturized to decrease resource consumption.
基于微孔板的单细胞RNA测序(Plate-based single-cell RNA-sequencing)方法具备较高的转录组覆盖度与完整的mRNA全长信息,但通量相对有限。FLASH-seq(FS)是一种全长单细胞RNA测序方法,相较于Smart-Seq3(Hagemann-Jensen等,2020),其灵敏度更为出色且操作耗时更短。整套FS实验流程可在约4.5小时内完成,易于实现自动化,且可轻松进行小型化以降低资源消耗。
