FAST-NN_data.zip

Datasets used in the paper presenting the FAST-NN model. Datasets are in the MS file format. Folder names correspond to the datasets presented in the paper. BASEx.txt contains neutral simulations, and TESTx.txt contains selective sweep simulations.本论文中用于阐释FAST-NN模型的数据集集合。所有数据集均采用MS文件格式。各文件夹的名称与论文中呈现的数据集一一对应。BASEx.txt 文件包含中性模拟（neutral simulations）数据，TESTx.txt 文件则存储选择性清除（selective sweep）模拟数据。
