RNA-sequencing during maize ear shank elongation process

In this study, we using RNA-sequencing to explore the transcriptional dynamics and determine the key genes involved in maize shank elongation at four different developmental stages.本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）技术，探究四个不同发育阶段下玉米茎秆伸长过程中的转录动态，并明确其中涉及的关键基因。
