Tomato is the most advantageous model plant for the study of fruit ripening, but very little information is available about the feature and functions of circRNAs in tomato. In the present study, to invest whether circRNAs involve in fruits ripening. We employed deep sequencing strategy to monitor the changes in circRNAs between green mature and red ripening fruits.番茄是研究果实成熟的最具优势的模式植物（model plant），但目前关于番茄中环状RNA（circRNAs）的特征与功能的相关研究信息仍十分有限。本研究旨在探究环状RNA是否参与果实成熟过程，我们采用深度测序策略，对绿熟期与红熟期番茄果实内环状RNA的表达变化进行了监测。
