The dataset includes 13 freshwater lake metagenomics samples. Four samples was collected in Lake Pavin at different depths (50m,65m,70m,80m). And 11 in different Pyreneans lakes with different degree of metal and metalloids pollution. Samples were prefiltered on 3 μm filters and collected on 0.22 μm filters. Paired-end reads (2x100pb) sequencing was done with an Illumina HiSeq 2500.
