Fragments from actin-GFP cells confined at 3µm in a PLL-coated microfluidic chamber. <br><br>The following pharmacological inhibitors and chemical compounds were used: 10 µM ezrin inhibitor <b>NSC668394</b> (EMD Millipore).样本取自被限制于3微米空间内、经聚赖氨酸（poly-L-lysine, PLL）包被的微流控腔室中的肌动蛋白-绿色荧光蛋白（actin-GFP）标记细胞的片段。 所用药理学抑制剂及化学试剂如下：10微摩尔浓度的埃兹蛋白抑制剂NSC668394（购自EMD Millipore公司）。
