Differential expressed genes (DEGs) of Lei bamboo shoots during postharves cold storage. The GO annotation result and KEGG pathways analysis results for DEGs were also presented.<br><br><br>本数据集涵盖雷竹笋采后冷藏过程中的差异表达基因（Differential Expressed Genes, DEGs），同时还提供了该类差异表达基因的基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）注释结果以及京都基因与基因组百科全书（Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes, KEGG）通路分析结果。
