CGCI-HTMCP-CC

DICOM converted whole slide images of H&E-stained and immunohistochemistry-stained tissue sections from 211 subjects in the HIV+ Tumor Molecular Characterization Project - Cervical Cancer (HTMCP-CC), part of the Cancer Genome Characterization Initiative (CGCI). The collection includes 525 slides with H&E and p16 stains for most subjects, plus additional IHC markers (BER-EP4, MOC31, P40, P63, CEA, ER, PR, VIM, TP53, CD56, CHR, SYN) for subsets. The original Aperio SVS slide images were obtained from the GDC and converted to DICOM Slide Microscopy format.
