本数据主要面向项目任务书中项目目标、成果与考核指标表的“4.碳纤维液压缸”之“碳纤维液压缸设计技术”中的摩擦副表面涂层与密封特性,来源于碳纤维复合材料表面涂层的研制过程,由模型仿真和实验测试得到,包括干摩擦测试原始数据、湿摩擦测试原始数据、复合涂覆工艺数据、fluent仿真数据、纳米压痕测试数据、基本性能数据等数据。数据集结构包括15.4MB数据。
This dataset primarily focuses on the friction pair surface coating and sealing characteristics in the "Carbon Fiber Hydraulic Cylinder Design Technology" section under "4. Carbon Fiber Hydraulic Cylinder" of the project objectives, achievements and assessment indicators table in the project proposal. It is derived from the development process of carbon fiber composite material surface coatings, and obtained through model simulation and experimental tests. The dataset includes raw dry friction test data, raw wet friction test data, composite coating process data, Fluent simulation data, nanoindentation test data, basic performance data and other related data. The dataset structure contains a total of 15.4 MB of data.
