Pulmonary Tree Repairing (PTR)数据集由悉尼大学和瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院联合创建,包含800个完整的3D肺部结构模型,涵盖气道、动脉和静脉,以及合成的不连续数据。数据集通过从完整的肺部结构生成不连续数据来构建,用于训练神经网络以预测连接不连续组件的关键点。PTR数据集主要应用于解决肺部疾病诊断中的气道和血管不连续性问题,通过精确重建肺部树状结构,辅助临床诊断和治疗。
The Pulmonary Tree Repairing (PTR) dataset was jointly developed by the University of Sydney and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). It contains 800 complete 3D lung structural models, covering airways, arteries, veins, as well as synthetic discontinuous data. The dataset is constructed by generating discontinuous data from complete lung structures, and is designed to train neural networks to predict the key points for connecting discontinuous components. The PTR dataset is primarily applied to resolve the discontinuity problems of airways and blood vessels in pulmonary disease diagnosis, and assists clinical diagnosis and treatment by accurately reconstructing the pulmonary tree structure.
