InGaN探测器I-V特性数据集

I-V特性即不同外加偏压下的响应电流值，I-V特性曲线可以反映器件的开启电压，不同偏压下载流子的输运特性。通过测量探测器无光照下的I-V特性（即暗电流），不同波长及功率密度光照下的I-V特性可以得出的光响应特性。

I-V characteristics refer to the response current values measured under different applied bias voltages. The I-V characteristic curve can reflect the turn-on voltage of the device as well as the carrier transport properties under various bias voltages. By measuring the I-V characteristics of the detector without illumination (i.e., dark current), the photoresponse characteristics can be derived from the I-V responses obtained under illumination with different wavelengths and power densities.
