Transcriptome analysis of Acrasis rosea. Acrasis rosea

Acrasis rosea is a cellular slime mold amoeba among the root of eukaryotic tree of life which serves as an interesting organism for the studies such as Lateral gene transfer (LGT) and cellular metabolism pathways. Using 454 pyrosequencing, we are able to get abundant EST data from its different life stages for the de novo transcriptome analysis.
