本数据集来源于国家重点研发计划项目“水电站大坝缺陷智能识别诊断与精细检测设备及技术研究”(课题编号:2022YFB4703404),主要面向水工结构健康诊断与智能运维研究,服务于高坝水下隐蔽病害精准探测的迫切工程需求。本数据集基于项目研制的“水下智能检测机器人”,通过其搭载的水下高清摄像机、多波束前视声呐及毫米级三维激光扫描仪等传感器,于2024年6月至2025年10月间,在实验室水池和白鹤滩等真实电站水库环境中采集产生。主要记录了裂缝、剥落等典型缺陷的智能识别结果、几何尺寸(如宽度、面积、体积)的测量数据以及缺陷的空间定位信息,系统验证了各项检测与测量方法的精度与有效性。数据集以结构化测试报告为核心,包含详细的测试方案、过程记录、结果分析与图表,体量约为25MB。其产生遵循严格的测试规范,通过预制已知真实尺寸的标准缺陷试件作为基准,在受控与实境条件下采集数据并比对计算误差,全过程实施质量控制。

This dataset is derived from the National Key R&D Program of China project "Intelligent Identification, Diagnosis and Precise Detection Equipment and Technology for Hydropower Dam Defects" (Project No. 2022YFB4703404). It is mainly targeted at research on health diagnosis and intelligent operation and maintenance of hydraulic structures, addressing the urgent engineering demand for accurate detection of underwater hidden defects in high dams. This dataset was collected from June 2024 to October 2025 using the Underwater Intelligent Detection Robot developed by the project, which is equipped with sensors including underwater high-definition cameras, multi-beam forward-looking sonars, and millimeter-level 3D laser scanners, in laboratory pools and real reservoir environments such as the Baihetan Hydropower Station. It mainly records the intelligent identification results of typical defects such as cracks and spalls, measurement data of their geometric dimensions (e.g., width, area, volume), and spatial positioning information of the defects, and systematically verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of various detection and measurement methods. The dataset takes structured test reports as its core, including detailed test plans, process records, result analyses and charts, with a total size of approximately 25 MB. Its generation follows strict test specifications: pre-fabricated standard defect specimens with known actual dimensions are used as benchmarks, data is collected under both controlled and real-world conditions, and errors are compared and calculated, with quality control implemented throughout the entire process.
