本数据集主要包括单鼓泡流化床与双流化床流体力学模型与结果等。相关数据于2019.11-2022.08在新奥科技发展有限公司和天津大学完成,数据来源于模拟研究,其中单独鼓泡床数值结果来自新奥科技发展有限公司Barracuda软件采用双流体模型计算,双流化床数值结果来自天津大学Fluent软件计算。含两个二级子文件夹,其中“单鼓泡床模拟数据“文件夹内包含4个avi视频文件,由Barracuda软件模拟单鼓泡床气化炉数据生成,对比不同温度和布风情况下的气固两相流动状态;“双流化床模拟数据“文件夹内包含1个cas文件,101个dat文件,1个mp4视频文件,由Fluent软件模拟双流化床气化炉数据生成,模拟双颗粒体系在双流化床循环系统中的流体力学行为。
This dataset mainly covers the fluid dynamics models and corresponding results of single bubbling fluidized beds and dual fluidized beds. The relevant data was generated between November 2019 and August 2022 at ENN Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University, with all data originating from simulation studies. Specifically, the numerical results of the single bubbling bed were calculated using the two-fluid model via the Barracuda software at ENN Technology Development Co., Ltd., while the numerical results of the dual fluidized bed were calculated using the Fluent software at Tianjin University. The dataset contains two secondary subfolders: The folder named "Single Bubbling Bed Simulation Data" includes 4 AVI video files, which are generated from the simulation data of a single bubbling bed gasifier using Barracuda software, and are used to compare the gas-solid two-phase flow states under different temperatures and air distribution conditions; The folder named "Dual Fluidized Bed Simulation Data" contains 1 CAS file, 101 DAT files, and 1 MP4 video file, which are generated from the simulation data of a dual fluidized bed gasifier using Fluent software, and are used to simulate the fluid dynamic behaviors of dual-particle systems in the dual fluidized bed circulation system.
