Pre-t0 Speeds by Sliding Slopes Technique (PSSST) - An algorithm for measurement of radar transverse scattering meteor echo speeds using pre-t0 phases

The data is used for testing the performance of a novel technique for the determination of radar meteor speeds using the pre-t0 method first described by Cervera et. al. Code has been developed for demonstrating the effectiveness of using the 'sliding slopes' technique with pre-t0 phase information. For testing, we use radar echoes collected by CMOR from the 2012 Draconid meteor shower.本数据集用于验证由Cervera等人首次提出的pre-t0方法在雷达流星速度测定新型技术中的性能表现。研究人员已开发配套代码，用于验证结合pre-t0相位信息的滑动斜率（sliding slopes）技术的实际效果。本次测试采用了CMOR采集的2012年天龙座流星雨雷达回波数据。
