以内涝治理为目标,以雨水系统一张图为基础,基于内涝防治规划编制成果,结合气象数据、河道数据、地形数据、管线数据,嵌入优化后的内涝实时预测模型,并结合大数据分析结果分级分类预警内涝隐患点,结合实际涝点不断优化预测模型,为城市防涝防台风险监测预警平台提供底数数据及预警数据支撑。
This dataset targets urban waterlogging governance, developed on the basis of the unified one-map digital platform of urban rainwater systems and leveraging the compiled results of waterlogging prevention and control planning. It integrates meteorological data, river channel data, topographic data and pipeline data, and incorporates the optimized real-time waterlogging prediction model. Based on big data analysis results, it carries out classified and graded early warnings for waterlogging hazard points. Meanwhile, the prediction model is continuously optimized with actual waterlogging spot data, so as to provide fundamental data and early warning data support for the urban flood and typhoon risk monitoring and early warning platform.
