设备台账模块
功能描述：设备历史信息追溯，包含维修历史、保养历史、点检历史历史工单、历史运行时长
1、保养计划模块
功能描述：选择设备，选择按期保养方式，设置该设备的保养周期X天，在保养到期前Y天提醒用户。X要大于Y,保养到期后，维护保养记录后，重新按照保养周期执行，未维护保养记录，一直提醒保养。注意:一个设备只能一种保养方式。
2、工单管理模块
功能描述：工单类型的增删改查功能。
3、实时数据模块
功能描述：所有设备的编号、名称、红灯、绿灯、黄灯设备灯状态时长统计列表。实时更新设备的运行状态、使用效率以及产量情况。
4、生产数据模块：
功能描述：帮助企业管理和分析与生产相关的数据，包括生产计划管理、物料计划管理、生产日报管理、物料出入库管理、产品出入库管理、和仓库盘点管理等功能。通过该模块，企业可以实现生产过程的有效监控和管理，提高生产效率和产品质量。
5、设备远程监控与运维模块
功能描述：对设备进行运营和维护的活动，涵盖了设备的日常运行、检查、维修、保养、优化以及故障排除等方面，以确保设备能够稳定、高效地运行，为企业生产、经营等活动提供有力支持。通过实时监测设备的运行状态和性能参数，及时发现并处理设备异常情况，确保设备稳定运行。定期对设备进行保养和检查，及时发现并处理潜在问题，避免设备故障的发生，延长设备使用寿命。
7、数据可视化
功能描述：MES云平台将设备台帐、维保、点检、工单、产量等数据实现了“一图通览”，通过对设备的在线管理和数据云端存储，采用数据分析技术、BI可视化分析技术，以可视化结构图等多种表现方式，为企业的管理决策提供多维度可视化分析展示。

I. Detailed Product Function Description
Equipment Ledger Module
Function description: Trace historical equipment information, including maintenance history, servicing history, inspection history, historical work orders and historical operating duration.
1. Maintenance Plan Module
Function description: Select the target equipment and the scheduled maintenance mode, set the maintenance period of X days for the equipment, and remind users Y days before the maintenance expires. Note that X must be greater than Y. After the maintenance is completed and the maintenance record is updated, the system will re-execute the maintenance cycle based on the set period. If no maintenance record is updated, the system will continue to send maintenance reminders until the record is completed. Only one maintenance mode is allowed for each single equipment.
2. Work Order Management Module
Function description: Provides CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functions for work order types.
3. Real-time Data Module
Function description: Generates a statistical list of the number, name, and light status duration (red, green, yellow) of all equipment, and real-time updates of equipment operating status, utilization efficiency and production output.
4. Production Data Module
Function description: Helps enterprises manage and analyze production-related data, including functions such as production plan management, material plan management, daily production report management, material in-and-out warehouse management, product in-and-out warehouse management and warehouse inventory management. Through this module, enterprises can achieve effective monitoring and management of the production process, thereby improving production efficiency and product quality.
5. Equipment Remote Monitoring and Operation & Maintenance Module
Function description: Covers activities for equipment operation and maintenance, including daily equipment operation, inspection, maintenance, servicing, optimization and troubleshooting, to ensure stable and efficient operation of equipment and provide strong support for enterprise production and business activities. By real-time monitoring of equipment operating status and performance parameters, abnormal equipment conditions can be detected and handled promptly to ensure stable equipment operation. Regular maintenance and inspection of equipment can identify and address potential problems in a timely manner, avoid equipment failures and extend the service life of equipment.
7. Data Visualization
Function description: The MES Cloud Platform realizes a "one-map overview" of data such as equipment ledgers, maintenance, inspection, work orders and production output. Through online equipment management and cloud-based data storage, combined with data analysis technology and BI (Business Intelligence) visualization analysis technology, it provides multi-dimensional visual analysis and display for enterprise management decision-making through multiple presentation methods such as visual structural diagrams.
