本数据主要用于监测三门青蟹（肉）镁指标的变化情况，用于监管部门加强对三门青蟹养殖经营过程的监管。1.样品来源：本项目抽检的青蟹全部来源于三门县流通环节市场主体经营的青蟹，检测部位是肉。 2.数据检测：青蟹样品经处理并取出蟹肉，经消解后，由电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定，以镁元素特定质量数定性，采用外标法，以镁元素质谱信号与内标元素质谱信号的强度比与镁元素的浓度成正比进行定量分析。 3.数据判定：镁含量的计算，x=(ρ-ρ0)×v×f/m。试样镁含量，单位为毫克每千克或毫克每升(mg/kg或 mg/L)；ρ试样溶液中被测元素质量浓度，单位为毫克每升(mg/L)；ρ0试样空白液中被测元素质量浓度，单位为毫克每升(mg/L)；V试样消化液定容体积，单位为毫升（ml）；f试样稀释倍数；m试样称取质量或移取体积，单位为克或毫升(g或 ml)。计算结果保留三位有效数字。含镁大于等于400mg/kg,为含镁高青蟹。4.数据应用：通过抽检数据分析研判，对通过抽检结果加强该区域水质、土壤的检测以及养殖过程的监管，提升三门青蟹质量水平。This dataset is primarily used to monitor the changes in magnesium content of Sanmen mud crabs (meat), to help regulatory authorities strengthen the supervision over the breeding and circulation processes of Sanmen mud crabs. 1. Sample Source: All the spot-checked crab samples in this project are sourced from mud crabs sold by market entities in the circulation sector of Sanmen County, with the tested part being the crab meat. 2. Data Detection: After processing the crab samples and extracting the crab meat, the samples are digested and then determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Qualitative analysis is conducted via the specific mass number of magnesium element, while quantitative analysis adopts the external standard method, where the intensity ratio between the mass spectrometric signals of magnesium and internal standard elements is proportional to the concentration of magnesium. 3. Data Judgment: The calculation formula for magnesium content is $x=( ho- ho_0) imes V imes f/m$. The magnesium content of the test sample is expressed in milligrams per kilogram or milligrams per liter (mg/kg or mg/L); $ ho$ refers to the mass concentration of the detected element in the sample solution, with the unit of mg/L; $ ho_0$ refers to the mass concentration of the detected element in the sample blank solution, with the unit of mg/L; $V$ refers to the constant volume of the digested sample solution, with the unit of milliliter (ml); $f$ refers to the dilution factor of the sample; $m$ refers to the weighed mass or pipetted volume of the sample, with the unit of gram or milliliter (g or ml). The calculation results shall be retained to three significant figures. Mud crabs with magnesium content ≥ 400 mg/kg are categorized as high-magnesium Sanmen mud crabs. 4. Data Application: Through the analysis and assessment of the spot-check data, the detection of water quality and soil in this region and the supervision of the breeding process can be enhanced based on the spot-check results, so as to improve the quality level of Sanmen mud crabs.
