<b>Construction of an Anxiety Intervention Model for Nurses in </b><b>Class A Tertiary </b><b>Hospitals in China Based on the Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process</b>

A research team was established to conduct literature review and investigation, and a questionnaire on anxiety intervention indicators for nurses was designed. Twenty-six experts were selected for consultationwith the Delphi method. The intervention indicators were screened and revised based on expert scores and opinions. After two rounds of inquiries, the opinions tended to be consistent, and the intervention indicators met the screening criteria. A psychological intervention modelwas constructed by the weights calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Processbased on the scores of the second round of intervention indicators.An anxiety intervention model for nurses in class Atertiary hospitals was constructed, which included 9 first-level indicators, 23 second-level indicators and the weight of each indicator. The recovery rate of the expert questionnaire was 100%, and the authority coefficient was .751. The degree of coordination was in line with the standard, and the consistency of the judgment matrix of the Analytic Hierarchy Process was acceptable.<br>
