This dataset was collected by Professor Chris Brooks, who began his exercise routine in the summer of 2019. As his training progressed, he started tracking his activities using various devices, including a heart rate monitor, a smartwatch, and a bicycle. The devices used for data collection include the Stryd sensor (specifically for running), the Garmin Forerunner 245 Music (utilized for both running and cycling to integrate data), and Garmin cadence and speed sensors (used on the bike).
