3Duv风（风向，风速）

利用卫星资料、雷达资料、地面资料等，对多源气象数据进行融合处理，通过LAPS网格的背景场和经过质量控制的观测资料，根据不同类型观测资料的阈值，舍弃任何背离背景场的观测数据，生成三维风融合数据。时间频率可达1小时，空间分辨率可达1km。Multi-source meteorological data are fused by integrating satellite, radar, and ground-based observational data. The fusion process utilizes the background field from the LAPS grid and quality-controlled observational data, discarding any observational data that deviates from the background field according to the thresholds tailored for different observation types, to generate three-dimensional wind fusion data. The final dataset has a temporal resolution of up to 1 hour and a spatial resolution of up to 1 km.
